Hellooooo!!! You have either landed on this page because you were desperate to find relief from those pesky, inconvenient menopausal "tropical vacations" or you are looking for a "good time"! Regardless of how you found us, we hope you'll stick around a little while, we'll try to give you a little chuckle or two and maybe you'll learn what millions of New Yorkers already know, that HotFlash & The Hormones are just about the funniest, most entertaining show this side of the Hudson River.
(OK, maybe not millions, but at least hundreds!)
If you need to get a hold of us immediately because you want us for that special event in your life or maybe you need the answer to the most asked question in the universe, "how do these remote controls work?" then give us a call at (845) 551-7690 or email us at patmazo3@gmail.com we'll do the best we can.
If you have stumbled onto this site, then let us introduce ourselves properly and give you an idea of how we came to be........
Once upon a time in a land not so far away lived a dreamer. His name was Jarvis Boone and his dream was to open a Cabaret Night Club where he would be the star and the waitstaff and bartenders would be performers. Those staff members would round out the Carol Burnett-ish musical variety show and it was good. That is how Bodles Opera House in Chester was born (at least the 20th century version). During the twelve very successful years of Jarvis's reign as King of Bodles, the members of HotFlash & The Hormones, unbeknownst to them, were introduced.
HotFlash consists of three very wacky women, Maureen Morrissey, Cathy Johnson and Pat Mazo. They have about 100 years of performance experience between them and it shows, (in more ways than one)! The Hormones, which is the talented band behind them, are not only spot on musicians but Dave Myers and Tom Venable have a pretty impressive resume themselves. The ladies know they would be nothing without the incredible talent and timing of Dave & Tom. (pssst, how was that for proper butt kissing?)
So take a stroll through our site and see the insanity for yourself, or better yet, come out and see us in person at a show near you. EVEN BETTER, hire us for your next event; we're great for birthday or anniversary milestones (especially if you provide us with "roast" material), divorce parties, retirement celebrations, college reunion parties, civic organization events, and the occasional bris. Hope to see you at a HotFlash show soon, CHOW for now!
